The Body as Portal: Somatics, Dreams, and the Imaginative Realm in Therapy (Friday, 2/27 at 1pm EST)
What if the therapy room became a sacred space—where the body speaks in symbols, the breath carries memory, and dreams serve as maps for healing? In this session, we’ll explore the body not as a passive vessel but as a portal—into archetypal landscapes, deep imagination, and subtle knowing.
Together, we’ll consider how therapists can guide clients into liminal, body-centered states where insight arises not only through analysis, but through sensation, movement, breath, and symbolic presence.
Drawing from somatics, yoga, breathwork, nature-based wisdom, and Jungian psychology, we will journey into the body as a meeting ground for psyche and spirit.

Supporting Growth and Emotional Maturity: Exploring the Client’s Natal Moon Signature (Friday, 2/27 at 4pm EST)
Through the lens of Evolutionary Astrology, we will illuminate the connection between the client’s ego structure and the natal Moon in the birth chart. This can support practitioners to orient and connect to the client’s core emotional needs and internal security paradigms.
Centered on the Moon through the lens of the Zodiac, this workshop will also highlight the profound relevance of the Lunar Nodes for understanding a client’s core psychology. In particular, how the south node of the Moon can reflect archetypal complexes or unhelpful protective patterns which reveal themselves on the journey to internal self-awareness and maturity.

The Magick of Mindfulness (Friday, 2/27 at 7:45pm EST)
This is a workshop that weaves together therapeutic mindfulness, intention setting, energy work, ceremony, and ritual to support healing and transformation.
Designed to deepen clinical practice, this experiential workshop explores how mindfulness can be expanded into an embodied, sacred tool for cultivating empowerment, resilience, and value-led living. This may be useful with clients who have experienced trauma, or those who identify as Highly Sensitive People.
Therapists will gain practical and ethically grounded skills to integrate into their work, while also reconnecting with their own intuitive presence through reflection, ritual, and grounded practices.

Embodying Erotic Power: Using Intuition, Curiosity, and Compassion to Reclaim Ourselves (Saturday, 2/28 at 11:15am EST)
In this workshop, we’ll explore the intersection of feminine erotic power and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to reclaim and honor our most sacred intuitive wisdom. Through the lens of Black, queer, and feminist poets and writers, we’ll engage in practices that center erotic power as life force, the importance of befriending intuition, and meeting fear with compassion. Together, we’ll learn how curiosity can become one of our most powerful tools for healing, transformation, and stepping into a life of abundance and ease.
Using IFS, we will explore how our parts—including our protectors and exiles—hold keys to unlocking the deeper truths of our bodies, desires, and creativity. By integrating IFS with practices of erotic wisdom and intuition, we’ll begin to embody our truths and activate a life of self-liberation.
This session is an invitation to slow down, feel deeply, and use the wisdom of your body and mind to reconnect with the power that lies within you, and learn to move through the world with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

Spiritual Self-Care in Clinical Practice (Saturday, 2/28 at 1pm EST)
This presentation is a snapshot of a larger clinical training I have conducted on how to ethically bring empirically-supported interventions to clients that delve into the spiritual framework.
In our time together, we will focus on defining spiritual terms in the therapy room and look through different lenses and perspectives of psychological theory and therapy practices, including Jungian archetypes, Internal Family Systems, and narrative therapy. We will then apply what we learned with a short tarot spread, with the goal of being able to share the intervention confidently with clients in the therapy room.

Supporting Clients in Building Spiritual Routines That Are Sustainable, Sacred, and Sourced From Within (Saturday, 2/28 at 4pm)
As an Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist, my work focuses on supporting clients in building sustainable, nourishing routines that reflect their lived experiences, including neurodivergence, disability, and cultural identity.
This presentation will share practical, anti-oppressive strategies to support clients in setting meaningful intentions and co-creating (with Spirit) spiritual routines that align with their unique needs and desires. Whether someone is just beginning their practice or a seasoned practitioner seeking support with consistency and follow-through, the tools explored can offer grounding support.
We’ll also discuss how concerns around cultural appropriation can become barriers to spiritual connection, and how practitioners can help clients explore authentic, respectful practices that honour ancestral or personal traditions while navigating intergenerational and systemic barriers.

Befriending Our Shadow with the Support of Enneagram Wisdom (Saturday, 2/28 at 6:15pm EST)
This hour-long workshop offers a crystal-clear window into the world of Enneagram personality profiling. After this talk, you’ll be able to identify the nine Enneagram personality styles and understand how and when they show up in a client’s life.
You’ll see how to use this integrative framework – a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual approach – to co-create a path to clarity. You will gain techniques to access their strengths, work with their vulnerabilities, and fortify their capacity to create a meaningful life based on trusting themselves.
Enneagram Wisdom focuses on the WHY of our behaviors, the root motivations behind most of what we do, and ways we might challenge ourselves to lean into greater skillfulness in all our relationships without abandoning our shadow.
