Aarushi Tiku, MA
A student of science, a lover of philosophy, and a practitioner of contemplative and creative practices, Aarushi journeyed into the field of psychotherapy with an integrative and depth-oriented lens. She is a South Asian, BIPOC-identifying therapist whose work is rooted in attunement, relational presence, and inner inquiry. Trained as a classical dancer and somatic therapist, Aarushi draws from movement, nature, and contemplative traditions to support the unfolding of each person’s unique process. Her approach weaves together Eastern and Western traditions—honoring breath, body, and image as portals to deeper awareness. She works from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and whole-person framework, integrating somatic therapy, Jungian and parts work, attachment theory, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
Currently, Aarushi is immersed in the BodyDreaming training with Marian Dunlea, deepening her understanding of how psyche, soma, and symbol interweave through the unconscious and the body. Her educational background includes a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (India), advanced clinical training through Jungian perspective (SAP, UK), and Soul-Somatic Trauma Training, and Nature-based therapy through the Somatic Nature Therapy Institute in Boulder, Colorado. She has also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Meghan Currie, grounded in the science of breath, movement, and awareness. In both life and practice, Aarushi is guided by curiosity, slowness, and the belief that healing begins when we can safely return to the body.
Robyn Cullen, LMFT
Robyn Cullen (she/her) is a queer, witchy therapist and holistic healer who offers tender, liberatory support for folks claiming their queerness and autonomy later in life. With a gentle, grounded presence, she helps clients untangle the inherited stories about love, identity, and self-worth that no longer serve—and reconnect to the parts of themselves they may have silenced, hidden, or longed for.
Robyn’s therapy practice blends curiosity, care, and the occasional tarot pull—creating a space that honors both the human mess and the sacred mystery. Whether you’re coming out later in life, navigating a major life transition, or simply craving a space where all of you is welcome, Robyn offers affirming support that meets you where you are. Beyond her one-on-one work, Robyn is also the creator of community spaces (Like PDX Helpers & Healers) for fellow professional helpers and healers—offering connection, care, and collective restoration for those doing the work of tending others.
Megan Woods, MA
A kaleidoscope of colours is how Megan would like to be remembered. A textile artist trained and educated in the fashion industry, she now enjoys serving others in a more intimate manner, through the mediums of astrological and psychological counselling. Megan loves to swim in the archetypal depths. Symbolic language continues to draw her in and she is regularly a victim to metaphorical wormholes.
The eternal student, Megan shares knowledge from studies in Evolutionary Astrology, Soul Tarot, Human Design and depth psychology for the purpose of helping souls connect to the poetry and magick of their lives.
Vanessa Rosage, LPC
Instead of acronyms or accomplishments, I would like to introduce myself authentically. I respond to Vanessa or Mama or Friend or Love. I am in a sweet family unit in Austin Texas.
I have spent much of my life trying to figure out where I belong only to recently learn I belong in between all the definitions. I am queer. I love making connections, hearing and telling stories and working with the land. I am a kitchen witch and books are my special interest.
I want to develop a space over time where people can come to feel the safety and security inside the scary and unsure times we exist within globally and relationally. I do not promise to solve your problems or make anything easier. I do hope I can reconnect you with parts of yourself you’ve had to leave behind or long forgot existed. I believe you have what you need and all you require is some support and a liminal soul to help guide you back to yourself, your community and the land. Join me in the wild and confusing adventure we call life. Let’s see if we can have some fun and awe along the way.

Jennifer Manlowe, PhD, MDiv, LMFT
Jennifer Manlowe, PhD, MDiv, LMFT has worked as an educator, author, life-clarity coach, couples and family therapist, and workshop facilitator in many venues since 1988. Today, her sole focus is on supporting people eager to be connected to others and themselves with greater courage and authenticity with the help of Enneagram wisdom and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. A common denominator for clients who have been helped by our work together is they are experiencing some kind of life transition. They might be wondering what they want to be “when they grow up”; maybe they’re wanting to explore how to live again after losing a loved one; they might be couples curious about how or if they should stay together; maybe they’re people considering gender transition; perhaps – regardless of age – they are hoping to stay sober after leaving treatment. Whatever their reason, they want to receive support with such challenges.
How do I work with people? I take an “integrative” approach to improving connection with the one(s) you love without sacrificing your autonomy. I use two evidence-based therapeutic methods one for couples and families is “attachment-based therapy”, and one for individuals that use mindfulness, clarity exercises, and direct action called “Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for clients working with symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or who have had Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE).
Most important, I’m convinced that humans have an evolutionary capacity to heal and an organic desire to do so through meaningful relationships. I believe we can work in a collaborative way to build their resilience and fortify their strengths to create a future that works with whatever challenges may arise.
Before acquiring my clinical degree in Couples and Family Therapy, I received a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Divinity, and a Doctorate in Psychology and Religion with an emphasis on culture and wellness. The first half of my adult life was spent on the East Coast researching, teaching, and writing books. In the second half, I’ve been devoted to my family and growing as a therapist while living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, my original home.
