A Self-Led Therapist's Practice: IFS Unblending & Mapping with Tarot & Oracle Cards (Friday, 11/7 at 11:15am EST)

An invitation and offering to you and your therapist parts for a reflective retreat.

As therapists, we frequently neglect giving our therapist parts the Self (with a capital "S")-care they need. We don’t often take the time to create an intentional container, allowing our therapist parts to turn toward Self and be held. Our “fix-it,” “analyze-it,” “problem-solve-it,” “think-it,” and “help-it” managers can become overworked and burnt out. Meanwhile, our exiles and firefighters may get triggered. This internal conflict can lead to less connection, attunement, curiosity, and presence, resulting in therapist mistakes, increased risk of client complaints, and potential harm to ourselves and our clients.

In this session, I will support you in creating a container for an embodied practice of unblending and mapping your therapist parts using tarot and oracle cards.

You’ll need a deck of cards and a journal. No prior IFS experience is required—ALL are welcome!

Intro to Astrotherapy (Friday, 11/7 at 1pm EST)

Let's learn about astrotherapy together! We will begin by discussing how astrology can be integrated with therapy. We will then talk about looking at clients' birth charts, focusing on the chart ruler, "the big three," and dynamic aspects. The chart of the moment will also be explored as a tool in understanding the current energies for a therapy session. We will also look at important planetary transits and how that can help in directing a reading.

Through these explorations, we will see how clients can be guided into deepening their awareness about themselves, their loved ones and how to make change in their communities. We will look at some example charts to highlight some of these learnings. Feel free to bring in your own birth charts and astro questions as well!

The Witch’s Body: Rituals for Rest, Pleasure & Presence (Friday,11/7, at 6:15pm EST)

For therapists, self-care is more than just a buzzword — it’s a sacred responsibility and an ethical imperative. And for those of us walking the witchy path, it’s a chance to practice our craft in the most personal of ways: tending to our energy, restoring our spirit, and aligning with the rhythms that sustain us.

In this warm, restorative workshop, we’ll gently turn inward. Through intuitive self-assessment, embodied visualization, and shared rituals, we’ll explore the practices that keep us grounded, vital, and connected to our magic. Because when we care for ourselves deeply, we ripple that healing out into the world, showing up for each session with more presence and power.

This workshop draws on my 25+ years working in the healing arts, my studies in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy (which I also teach internationally) and Somatic Experiencing, Dr. Cedar Barstow's ethics work "Right Use of Power," and engagement in a wide variety of embodiment practices.

Roots & Resonance: Reclaiming Mental Wellness Through Ancestral Wisdom and Intuition (Saturday, 11/8 at 11:15am EST)

This mental health workshop invites participants to explore and gently dismantle self-imposed limitations rooted in disconnection, colonization, and inherited narratives. Together we will examine the ways ancestral wisdom has been stolen, forgotten, or silenced, and offer pathways to reconnect with it through intuitive, embodied practices. I will discuss a range of non-traditional techniques such as kulning (Nordic herding calls), crafting ancestral dolls, and storytelling, we awaken memory stored in the body and spirit.

The workshop is a space to reclaim our full humanity by honoring where we come from and rediscovering who we are beyond systems that have stripped us of identity and meaning. Together, we’ll incorporate sustainable rituals that ground us in everyday life, weaving the sacred back into the ordinary.

BEing Wholistic: A Holistic & Spiritually Integrated Approach to Healing Sexual Trauma Through Therapeutic Astrology, Crystal Reiki & Chakra-based Nutrition (Saturday, 11/8 at 4pm EST)

As clinicians, we have an understanding of how trauma, especially sexual assault or sexual coercion creates ruptures in multiple systems of the body, yet most only treat the effects of the mind and the body; leaving out how these violations affect the soul. I have curated a holistic and spiritually integrated treatment model that allows the whole person to show up and receive support on every level.

Through the integration of Therapeutic Astrology, Crystal Reiki-assisted Psychotherapy and the Chakra system as a diagnostic tool and alignment for holistic healing of the gut-brain axis, I have learned how my grimoire of tools can be the ripple, that allows clients to not only fully participate in their life again but appreciate just B.E.ing

Unlocking the Unconventional Therapist in You (Saturday, 11/8 at 6:15pm EST)

Does bringing your whole, unconventional self into your practice and the lives of your clients seem impossible? Have you looked at what other unconventional practitioners are doing and thought, “That is so cool! But… that could never be me.” Graduate school, supervisors, the systems in which we practice, and even our colleagues can lead us to feel like there is only one right way to do therapy – their way. But, if you’re reading this, there’s probably an unconventional, innovative therapist within you waiting to show up in the world. Chances are your ideal clients are waiting for that non-traditional therapist as well.

In this workshop, we’ll explore ways that your own personal and amazingly unconventional self can begin to emerge in your clinical work. Whether big or small, bold or subtle, the authentic you outside of the office can begin to align with who you are inside the office as well.

It will be a bit of an experiment and a bit of an adventure…I invite you to come along and see what we discover together!
